Battery Powered Electric Tuggers for Industrial Cart and Trailer Pulling

Battery powered electric tuggers provide a safe and efficient solution for moving carts, trailers, hoppers, dumpsters, and heavy rolling loads in warehouses, hospitals, airports, manufacturing facilities, and retail environments. Designed to reduce operator strain and improve material handling productivity, these powered tow units help eliminate the physical demands associated with manual pushing and pulling.

Key Features & Benefits

Powered by high-torque 24V DC drive systems, these electric tuggers deliver smooth and controlled movement for both light-duty and heavy-duty towing applications. Ergonomic controls feature variable forward and reverse speeds, integrated horn functions, and easy-to-operate throttles for enhanced maneuverability and operator comfort. An electromagnetic disc brake with automatic dead-man activation improves safety by engaging when the handle is released.
